The St. Clair County District Attorney's Office along with the VOCAL St. Clair Chapter holds an Annual Blood Drive during National Crime Victims' Rights Week every year. The event commemorates history of the victims' rights movement and brings attention to the devastation that violent crime brings to our communities. District Attorney Lyle Harmon and his office formed the St. Clair County VOCAL Chapter to provide an avenue where crime victims could find support and relationships with others who had experienced a similar circumstance.
